Data controller
The controller of personal data is Osnowa Development sp. z o.o., based in Kraków (ul. Nadwiślańska 11). Data contact: [email protected].
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: first and last name, company name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and a description of the matter. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to handle the enquiry.
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling the enquiry and steps before concluding a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Recruitment (careers form) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Retention
Contact-form data is kept for up to 90 days from the last contact and then permanently deleted, unless a contract has been concluded.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible), which does not use cookies that identify the user and does not collect personal data — so it does not require consent.
Sub-processors
For sending e-mail notifications we use Resend. Visit booking runs through Cal.com — if the tool leaves cookies, they are handled with consent (see Cookies).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
