Escrow accounts and the developer act

Developments are conducted in accordance with the act on the protection of the rights of buyers of residential premises (the "developer act"). Buyers’ funds are held in residential escrow accounts run by a bank.

Activity is conducted in line with the information prospectuses made available for each development and the terms of developer agreements concluded as notarial deeds.
