We founded Osnowa in 2010 because we saw the same pattern over and over: a buyer signs a contract they do not fully understand, lured by a brochure full of "prestige" and "refined details" — and the handover date turns out to be a promise, not a commitment.
We decided to do one thing well. Compact developments in Kraków’s established districts, handed over on time. No towers, no fields outside the city — narrow, so we can do it well.
